These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nice888 ("nice888," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nice888.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nice888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the nice888 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a nice888 account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the nice888 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. nice888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the nice888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using nice888.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of nice888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

nice888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the nice888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering a nice888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. nice888 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR compliance requirements, nice888 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nice888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. nice888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify nice888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nice888 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

nice888 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

nice888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank , Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

The following payment methods are not accepted on the nice888 platform and must not be used to fund your account:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.
• Credit cards (credit card funding of gambling accounts is prohibited under current Philippine regulations).
• Third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your nice888 account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. nice888 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes and bank transfers on the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and transaction volume.

nice888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with your normal account activity. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with AMLA obligations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nice888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each bonus will be published on the relevant promotion page within the nice888 platform.

General bonus conditions that apply across all nice888 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• nice888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nice888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the nice888 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the nice888 platform. Any such errors must be reported to nice888 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the nice888 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the nice888 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nice888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the nice888 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nice888 platform — including but not limited to the nice888 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of nice888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nice888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the nice888 platform without the prior written consent of nice888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nice888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nice888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond nice888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that nice888 takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.

nice888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nice888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude nice888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

nice888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nice888 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your nice888 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the nice888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your nice888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.

nice888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• nice888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• nice888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account termination for cause, nice888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, nice888 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operations of nice888 are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the nice888 platform, you agree to first contact nice888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. nice888 will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nice888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be available on the nice888 platform. Where changes are material, nice888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the nice888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.
